CLIENT 1
Multi-let industrial assets, of 5 units plus, across the UK. May also look at part-income producing assets, or also vacant accommodation. Lot sizes from £2m upwards.
CLIENT 2
Office: Multi-let ideally, in core locations. Will look at lower lot sizes if the assets are reversionary. Will consider single-let assets with medium to strong covenant, or good occupational story should the tenant vacate. May also look at part income producing assets, and in some cases vacant (but vacant must be in the Big 6 UK cities). Lot size of £3m upwards.
CLIENT 3
Retail: Good quality, multi-let retail in core locations, and well-let retail warehousing with strong tenant line up. Lot size of £2m upwards.
CLIENT 4
Single-let industrial assets, of 50,000 sq ft plus in size. Will consider short, medium or long term income, and also vacant possession opportunities where refurbishment may be required. Lot size of £2.5m upwards.
CLIENT 5
Long income, across all sectors, and ideally index linked or fixed rental increases.
£5m plus, but will consider above £2.5m.
